1st Line Cisco Support Engineer (24/7 shift pattern)

We have an excellent opportunity for CCNA level Network Support Analyst to join our team at one of Cisco's leading Gold Partners in the UK.

If you already have some experience supporting Cisco routing and switching products at a first line level and are looking for a company to invest in your ongoing training and development, whilst giving you invaluable experience with the latest in Network technology then, this could be the role you are looking for!

You'll join a 24/7 support team working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, so you will be able to enjoy great times at work and plenty of time off as well!

What we are looking for:

You'll have existing networking and security skills and be able to analyse Cisco Support calls raised, then troubleshoot issues where possible. The following skills are essential:

• Good general Cisco networking support experience
• Very good telephone manner
• Logical approach with ability to multi-task
