TRANSFORMATION/TRANSITION MANAGER - 12 months Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation/Transition Manager to join our Team working on a large business transformation.

The Transformation/Transition Manager will be leading a team of subject matter experts (Commercial, Technology, Culture, HR etc) on a process improvement and cost saving transformation project . The Transformation/Transition Manager will lead on communications with both internal stakeholders, shareholders and the 3rd party supplier

Strong business analyst background, financial modelling experience, transition/transformation background, someone who can lead and chair as the overall PM of the project

The successful Transformation/Transition Manager will have:

• Merger acquisition background
• Significant change management and TUPE insourcing experience
• Large insourcing transition/transformation piece of work
• Led a transformation/change management - involved TUPE
