As an IT Business Analyst you will work closely with the project team. PM's, QA, IT Ops business stakeholders, SMEs and other business analysts to understand what challenges the business are trying to resolve, enabling you to produce requirements, solutions and designs that add real business value and meet the needs of the business. It will also be your responsibility to work with third party suppliers to ensure what is delivered meets your designs and thus satisfies the business needs including functional, non-functional requirements and first-class user experience.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience acting as the interface between business and technical teams
• Proven track record of delivering requirements and solutions across multiple supplier platforms and impacting on multiple stakeholders, in a timely fashion and with minimal post-live issues.
• Experience of systems integration
• Attention to detail and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrable experience in commercial product development with proven problem solving and innovation ability.
• Excellent requirements analysis skills, a self-starter and forward thinker
• Excellent inter-personal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams
• Effective communication skills with an ability to collaborate and work as a team player.

Desired skills:

• Experience presenting solutions to technical governance forums and business stakeholders
• Experience of working with both Agile & traditional Waterfall delivery techniques and realising cloud hosted services.
