Are you a successful Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new opportunity with an international RPO Service Provider?

You will be responsible for Sourcing Top Talent for Project People's high profile Client Portfolio, ensuring a first-class service proposition.

Assisting the Client Talent Partner in refining and executing the recruitment strategy for particular skills and campaigns.

Building strong rapport with candidates and strengthening new talent pipeline for future roles.

Also helping to ensure our clients remain an Employer of Choice and candidate satisfaction remains high whilst contributing to Project People's revenue and growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute the recruitment strategy inline with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding and beyond.
  • Remain active on all talent attraction tools.
  • Source and attract top talent by utilising all tools including and not limited to job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, ITRIS, referrals, SSC in Bangalore and Leavers List.
  • Conduct Teams and some face to face interviews to assess suitability.
  • Build strong relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Assist in improving the end to end recruitment process including talent attraction strategy and delivery, candidate assessment and shortlisting, interviews and offer management.
  • Support with recruitment campaigns and special projects as agreed by Project People Directors and the Client, e.g. Diversity and Inclusion; Women in Tech, Military Services Personnel Engagement.
  • Ensure recruitment best practice throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the design of solutions for occasional complex problems.
  • Ensure a robust and seamless process is in place to recruit the best talent, whilst maximising the candidate experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute new ideas to create business efficiencies and ROI.

Candidates must have a strong background in recruitment, a great persuasive and confident manner, organised, articulate with fluent communication skills and demonstrable attention to detail.
