Job Description
Job title: Supply Chain Specialist - Mandarin speaking
Location: Manchester
What you will do:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
- Ensure all material requisition orders are fulfilled on a regular basis.
- Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for team members.
- Maintain Work Order Management system and ERP system.
- Match the orders with correct inventory.
- Utilise Excel to generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Understand the whole procedure from equipment shipping to contract closure, and solve the issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Basic understanding of wireless/mobile networks
- Understanding project planning and project organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Essential: Mandarin/Chinese
