Success Factors Implementation Lead - 9-month contract -Reading/ Hybrid working

Exciting opportunity to join leading telecoms company. 2-3 days per week in Reading with occasional travel to Bristol

The Role:

MBNL are seeking a Success Factors Implementation Lead, to support MBNL with the third-party implementation of Success Factors. MBNL's HR records are held by BT and will move over to their Success Factors system in early part of next year which in turn will need managing from an MBNL perspective to ensure the project, working practises, and associated policies all meet the needs of the business and are communicated to our employees in a way that drives acceptance of the changes.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Manage the Success Factors implementation project from an MBNL perspective, interfacing with BT and MBNL, ensuring the right outcomes are achieved for MBNL
  • Manage competing priorities, protecting MBNL's interest with a pragmatic lens
  • Ensure MBNL processes and policies are met or adapted as needed
  • Work with MBNL's internal IFS team to ensure we have a robust plan for keeping IFS current and workable for Finance - trying to avoid double keying of records
  • Embed changes with MBNL HR and MBNL employees, working with the Comms team to deliver this
  • Provide training for all manager and employee users in the new interfaces and processes
  • Support the system go live

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • Must have worked on a Success factors implementation before
  • Need project manager skills
  • Need to be able to communicate and embed change with employees
  • Need to be able to consider and manage policy changes to reflect the new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
