Service Desk Agent

Permanent

Bracknell - Onsite

Leading Managed IT Services Provider in the Defence and Public sector, require a Service Desk Agent to join existing team in Bracknell.

*** A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered ***

The project requires an experience in:

  • Experience working in 1st Line/Service desk support
  • Windows 10
  • Windows server 2012/16/19
  • Ideally have knowledge of MS Service Center Support tool sets SCCM/SCOM/SCSM
  • To work with and alongside development engineers for Skill transfer
  • Maintain full and accurate records and progress all customer fault reports and technical enquiries
