SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - SERVICE OWNER - HYBRID - CONTRACT

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Public and Defence Sector requires an onsite Service Delivery Manager / Service Owner to join their project in Portsmouth.The service owner is accountable for the quality of services. In this role, they will be expected to adopt a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services that include multiple products and channels.

Specially they will be responsible for the following ITIL practices in relation to the Live Service:
* Portfolio Management
* Service Catalogue Management
* Measurement & Reporting
* Service level Management
* Service Config Management
* IT Asset Management
* Knowledge Management

This role is crucial to the client building a positive and long-lasting relationship with this new customer.

HYBRID WORKING: - Onsite 3 days a week in office in Portsmouth

Duration: 11 Months contract + possible extension

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**
