MBNL are looking for a Senior RF Compliance Assurance Engineer. The purpose of the Senior RF Compliance Assurance Engineer is to support the Site Assurance process in MBNL focusing on RF Compliance assurance and support the Senior Radio Design and Performance manager in delivery of functional targets. Ensure RF Compliance design guidance is understood and adhered to by the business, our shareholders, MSPs, Principal contractors and SWCs.

What the Senior RF Compliance Assurance Engineer can expect to be doing:

• Review planned upgrades going through Site Assurance checks to ensure RF Compliance can be achieved
• Lead implementation of quality checks of RF Compliance Assurance on sites during new build, upgrades and optimisation of sites.
• Assist in the maintenance and development of RF compliance guidelines.
• Support Deployment teams in assessing alternative solutions to deal with RF compliance issues.
• Develop and improve reporting capabilities to manage RF compliance assurance process
• Support introduction of tools and process to manage RF compliance
• Support network operations in managing RF non-compliance causing H&S issues in life.
• Drive data integrity improvements through auditing of network planning data and live network data related to RF compliance
• Ensure RF compliance quality on sites meet ICNIRP standards
• Ensuring that the needs of both shareholders are met

The successful Senior RF Compliance Assurance Engineer will have

• Education: Degree or equivalent from telecommunications or Electrical Engineering background
• Significant experience working for a Network Operator in a Radio Design or Radio Planning Function
• Knowledge of site acquisition and implementation processes.
• Demonstrable experience of project delivery on time and to customer satisfaction
• Ability to respond flexibly to design challenges arising from the Acquisition and Implementation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Wide knowledge of the industry and suppliers
• Cellular radio planning experience (nice to have)
• Corearth Prox5 ICNIRP modelling experience (nice to have)
• Driving Licence
