We have a fantastic role for an IT Engineer to join a leading technology company on an on-going and long-term basis.

You will be an IT infrastructure and system administrator specialist to ensure that all the IT environments in our offices are ready for employees to work, business-critical application systems are up and running smoothly. You will help AI research department to install, configure, O&M AI related applications. You also will be a Desktop support engineer, assisting local staff.

What you will do:

• O&M London RND offices IT infrastructure environments. Include WAN, LAN, VoIP, Wireless AC, AP, virtual machine system, server, Firewall, conference system, secure printer etc. equipment
• Installation, configuration, O&M, backup, and restoration cloud and physical servers, storage; build virtual machine platform, build window or Linux severs.
• Work collaboratively with global IT teams on innovating solutions to meeting the information security regulation and business department requirements.
• Routine O&M 100 GPU servers, storage, Linux server, Kubernetes and AI framework Pytorch
• Plan and manage IT related projects, ensure that the IT goals set down are achieved within the deadlines set
• Understand the current IT industry, help local business teams select and implement business-relevant IT environments
• Routine O&M of the meeting or videoconferencing system and VOIP equipment
• Assist with the on-boarding process, prepping and deploying systems, while leading new starter IT induction
• Write, update and maintain systems support documentation, procedures and other information useful to the smooth & efficient operation of information systems.
• Create and deliver IT training
• Desktop support

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in a Wintel environment supporting and global network environment.
• Experience of routing & switching
• Expert in Linux, Windows Systems management
• Advanced knowledge and experience of VMs and container
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Linux and Docker
• Advanced knowledge and experience with any of the major deep learning frameworks (for example PyTorch, Tensorflow or Keras)
• Understand AI related Deep Learning, Image Processing, Video Processing

Nice to have:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNP)
• MCSE: Server Infrastructure, MTA: Database, MTA: IT Infrastructure
