Job Description
Senior Applications Architect
Full time Contract (40 hours per week)
Location- Remote
I am currently undertaking a Search for a Senior Applications Architect for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.
Outline of the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Applications Architect to be at the forefront of helping our customer transform key business applications. You will have a good understanding of applications architecture, transformation, migration, hosting and design and demonstrable experience in software development frameworks
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To Support multiple Applications.
- Someone who is used to gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Solaris / Oracle / Java are the legacy technologies currently being used but looking to move from on-prem to the Cloud (AWS / Azure)
- So a Solution Architect who has worked on application transformation that move away from legacy tech-stacks into the cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Re-platform / Re-architecture / Re-Host
Your Experience:
- Someone who is from a Public Sector background
- Transformation - technically and customer facing
- Consulting skills
