Security Cleared* Technical Support Engineer (WIN 7 Pro)

Security Cleared* Technical Support Engineer (WIN 7 Pro, Builds Processes, ITCM, ServiceNow, SNOW, Scripting) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, on a 12 month programme of work to be based in 5 days a week in Hayes, Middlesex. Please note this role will be 12 hours shifts with 4 days off.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must have strong WIN 7 Pro
• Builds Processes
• ITCM
• ServiceNow Knowledge
• Must be comfortable and used to working alone, with a proactive/reactive approach to work.
• The role will be predominately script based and then you will be required to action requirements
