Security Cleared Oracle Cloud Consultant (Finance)

Our esteemed IT Client is offering a remote contract for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance consultant with active Security Clearance.This is an Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement functional consultant position. Excellent experience in Oracle support and BAU is required.

Responsibilities:

• They will be doing break-fix on finance and procurement platforms / providing oracle support.
• Experience with supporting or implementing Oracle EBS core financials modules.
• Having Oracle BAU experience in managed service environment and Oracle support experience is key.
• Understanding technical issues, initial root cause analysis, along with troubleshooting through to the final incident resolution.
• Ability to raise an SR with Oracle and progress to a conclusion - run any necessary diagnostics, escalate as needed etc.
• Ability to explain technical issues in business terms and vice versa.
• Ability to perform simple SQL queries.
• Familiarity with the main tables for the Finance modules.
• Remote based and comes with no expected travel requirements.
