Security Cleared 2nd Line Network Engineer (CCNA/Cisco/NOC)

Security Cleared* 2nd Line Network Engineer/NOC Support/Service Desk (CCNA, Cisco, MPLS, BGP, OSP, SVI, FW) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, to be based inSolihull, West Midlands. *A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Must be a 2nd line Network Support Engineer with extensive experience on Cisco Router and Switch configuration / support
• Must have as many of the following as possible: MPLS, BGP, OSP, SVI and FW elements
• Strong Network troubleshooting experience, as well as configuration and support on cisco routers/switches
• Experience of working in a live Network environment such as a NOC or service desk environment at 2nd line level.
• Desirable: CCNA
