SECURITY ARCHITECT - CONTRACT - BRACKNELL- HYBRID

Leading Managed IT Services Provider in the Defence and Public sector, require a Security Architect to join existing team in Bracknell /Basingstoke

Working with the customer and team to provide technical guidance. Deliver secure architectural solutions to meet the customers needs. Working with the rest of the team to determine the necessary security controls, working with architects (network, infrastructure) to ensure the solution incorporated the appropriate controls for the security tier and threats identified. Work with suppliers to determine the appropriate products and obtain quotes (determined from the appropriate volumes)

Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Location: Hybrid - 3-4 Days onsite required in Bracknell /Basingstoke

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**

Experience/Skills:

• Strong understanding of Security Technologies and designing Security IT Architectures
• Experience of working within a Government environment.
• Security Systems Design pertinent to manage levels of risk and implementation of proportionate security controls.
• Secure Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS)
• Access Controls Models
• Public and Private Key Encryption
• IDAM, SIEM/SOAR
• Working Pattern (Mon-Fri, Shifts, on-call): Monday-Friday.
