Job Description
SCRUM MASTER - CONTRACT - BASINGSTOKE -ONSITE
Leading Managed Services Provider in the Private, Public and Defence Sector require a Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team already following SAFe Agile methodologies to meet customer deadlines in rapidly changing environment.
Your role will involve leveraging previous proven experience to provide advice, input & support as required across the delivery team, particularly in the areas of design, agile delivery, programme management and service implementation and transition. You will need to support Agile sprint management by orchestrating, leading and administering agile ceremonies including sprint planning; daily stand-ups; end-of-sprint show and tell and retrospective events.
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Location: Basingstoke
**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**
Experience/Skills:
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and stand-ups.
- Managing Timelines
- Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles
- Coaching team members
- Help build a proactive environment within which to work.
- Working Pattern (Mon-Fri, Shifts, on-call): Monday-Friday
