This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join their recruitment team.
You will be supporting the Executive Search Manager with all senior hires across the business.
- Experienced with Executive Search / Head-Hunting techniques
- Ideally have experience in a mixture of areas
- Need to have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking to Senior Stakeholders, SMT & C-Level
- A persuasive type, who will promote the brand excellently
- Good collaborative working style
- Able to take ownership of a number of roles at any time, with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent search ability, especially with LinkedIn
