HYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS ONSITE IN BERKSHIRE

An opportunity to join a leading telecoms company in a business-critical role as a Reporting Analyst. You'll become the data champion of our projects, and leverage your expertise in data extraction, analysis, and reporting to ensure project success, fostering collaboration and driving informed decision-making across the organisation.

In this customer-facing role, you'll sit within our delivery team, and work closely with our Business Intelligence team. Your data-driven insights will be instrumental in achieving our goals, on time and within budget. You'll master the art of extracting data from diverse sources, cleaning it for accuracy, and transforming it into compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.

Delivery

• To deliver PMO Reporting on Client acquisition, design and build and decom activities across a defined group of sites to achieve the Client, Customer and Shareholder targets through effective management of internal stakeholders the 3rd party Agents and Suppliers (delivery input provided by others).
• To provide visibility of the future profile of all work streams by ensuring that forecasting is up to date & in accordance with agreed forecasting standards through the tracking of 3rd party supplier projections - for example, exception reporting and tracking/trend analysis (delivery input provided by others).
• To support the delivery defined Capex & Opex targets & agreement terms by applying agreed standards, policies & expertise and escalating exceptions to enable the business to make informed decisions.
• Support the application of acquisition, design and build and decommissioning experience to support & validate the work of 3rd party suppliers and to ensure site specific issues are addressed.
• Build & maintain effective working relationships with the NTQ and NSI team, Customer project & regional teams and other Client teams to ensure Client policy is understood & applied consistently and improve certainty that objectives will be achieved by setting realistic expectations, delivering on commitments & effective communication.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables.

Business Intelligence

• Understand the importance of and ability to validate data, improve data quality and map data lineage from source to report.
• Strong Power BI development skills to source, manage and produce dashboards and reporting in an automated environment.
• Work closely with the BI team to develop, support and improve reports and data to give value add to internal and external consumer
• stakeholders of varying levels and across matrix organisations.
• Sound negotiation skills.
• Strong planning & organizational ability in delivering business results

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for comprehensive project visibility
• Extract, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and lineage
• Track third-party supplier projections and identify potential risks for proactive decision-making
• Support the achievement of agreed Capex & Opex targets through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution
• Support and validate the work of third-party suppliers for seamless project delivery

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation from various sources
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data analysis and reporting automation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships across teams
• A meticulous and organised approach to ensure data accuracy and adherence to reporting standards
