Contract position

Dublin location - Hybrid working

Great opportunity to work as Project Manager (EPoS Rollout) for a high profile , well-loved brand within IT Service Company visible in the Dublin office Thrice a week ideally. We are looking for a tenacious Project Manager with experience in multi-national rollout of Hardware and Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective management of the project baseline
• Defines the project requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue trace ability matrix is complete
• Manages the delivery of the project/multiple projects in partnership with the customer and business line to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to service.
• Manages business and project risks and produces an effective plan and risk assessment
• Scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by governance authority i.e Project Board

Skills required to get qualified:

• Sound knowledge of the Staging process. This includes equipment ordering through to prebuilds and logistics of delivering to multiple sites (simultaneously)
• Good organisational skills regarding equipment and resources, ensuring that the equipment has been delivered and the install is correctly resourced
• Excellent skills at following a run-book type approach to the install process which must be completed in a very tight time window. (incl, removal of existing kit and the installation of new kit)
• The individual needs to be flexible as all installs take place either at night or at weekends
• Some site visits may be called for (receipted expenses will be reimbursed)
• Excellent Customer communications skills, ensuring the Customer and the support teams are kept informed at all times through the process
• Excellent problem solver and analytical skills
• Excellent team player, working with the Engineering teams and the wider programme team.
