PMO Coordinator
Bracknell & Home Working (UK based only)
Ongoing Contract
I am recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading IT & Communications company based in Bracknell for an experienced PMO Coordinator to support on a large scale busy project.
This position will be home working (UK only) however you will be required on site (Bracknell) as and when required.
You will be joining a friendly cohesive project team, where you will be responsible for providing project and program support which includes:
- Coordinate data collection from all members of the PMO team, consolidating the data into summary reports for stakeholders
- Maintaining project governance
- Set up and maintain documentation tool (ProjectHub)
- Maintains security measures for documents
- Maintains risk & issue log
- Support the project change management process
- Coordinates the project financial information
- Coordinate the project resource plan
We are looking for a confident PMO Coordinator with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as PMO Coordinator
- Previous experience supporting a busy project/PMO team
- Strong MS Office - particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams
- Project/programme governance experience
- Document management
- Resource control
- Risk & issue management
