Project Coordinator (Agile projects)
Home Working (UK based only)

I am recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading IT & Communications company based in Bracknell for an experienced Project Coordinator to support on a number of key projects. Experience working in Agile ways of working and Agile practises and tools (Jira) is essential.
This position will be home working (UK only)
This is a key position for my client and you will be responsible for providing project and program support which includes:
- Working within an Agile environment, ensuring projects following Agile ways of working
- Coordinate data collection from all members of the project team, consolidating the data into summary reports for stakeholders
- Set up and maintain documentation tool
- Maintains security measures for documents
- Maintains risk & issue log
- Support the project change management process
- Coordinates the project financial information
- Coordinate the project resource plan
We are looking for a confident Project Coordinator with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as Project Coordinator with experience working within Agile teams/projects
- Familiar with Agile practices and methods
- Familiar with Agile tools (such as Jira)
- Experience in Agile ways of working
- Previous experience supporting a busy project team
- Strong MS Office - particularly Excel, SharePoint and Teams
- Project/programme governance experience
- Document management
