The Project Coordinator will be:
- Responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in the day-to-day execution of their accountabilities.
- Management of a programme RAID log.
- Supporting the identification and ongoing reporting of risks and issues. Ensuring that processes are executed to ensure information is recorded accurately and updated in a timely manner
- Development of reports to ensure the project / delivery status is clear to ensure appropriate management decisions to be made
- To manage the production and tracking of purchase orders along with forecasting of spend to ensure delivery remains within the agreed budget
- Ensuring actions and decisions are accurately recorded and progressed within the committed timescales
- Ensuring a change process is effectively executed from the capturing of a change through to the final decision and impact.
The successful Project Coordinator will have:
- Worked in a Project / Programme Management Office
- Good Microsoft excel powerpoint and word
