Job Description
We are seeking a Project Assurance Manager to proactively manage all aspects of Project Assurance and Operational Acceptance on behalf of the Senior Service Design and Transition Manager.
You will own and relentlessly manage the delivery of Project Assurance and Operational Acceptance services by the supplier ecosystem to achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets set by EE/BT, Three and the MBNL Board.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assurance of Supplier Performance for all Operational Acceptance related services, ensuring they are robust, suitably extensive, and continually improved
- Responsible for ensuring suitable acceptance criteria, network performance monitoring, physical and data auditing is designed, forecasted, funded and has clear accountability
- Responsible for ensuring the required checks are in place to protect Network Performance KPIs and Services as part of Supplier Operational Readiness and Operational Acceptance Services
- Act as the Customer interface for Project Assurance activities
- Based on data analysis, shareholder feedback on customer experience (direct or indirect) or industry knowledge, drive behaviours across the eco-system and Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement
- Identify Network and Business Risks from the function, and raise into appropriate forum
- Support Senior Service Design and Transition Manager and Network Performance team in any project/workshop/discussions where Services and Performance may be impacted by Project Delivery or Network Change
- Support Senior Service Design and Transition Manager in assuring governance and gating processes for all Project, SI , NPI or Delivery activity into the Operational Network
- Work collaboratively across Service Assurance, Delivery and Operations functions to ensure all requirements for Operational Acceptance are represented
- Represent the function in all quality assurance functions across the business (Data Management, Health and Safety, Quality Management)
Key requirements and experience
- ITIL Qualified
- Experience in Operations and/or Deployment performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of RAN Performance Management Tools and Processes is desirable
- Previous Service/Supplier Management background
- Service Operations - Comprehensive grasp of Roles, Functions, KPIs and Measures associated with delivering and Operational Service
