Job Description
Exciting and new opportunity for a Programme Manager, with experience managing significant corporate property relocation (100,000sq feet) and fit out programmes, to join a busy and dynamic team within a leading mobile operator.
Overview:
Successfully manage a CAT A / CAT B building refurbishment scheme, develop and lead a people focused strategy and coordinate multiple internal business workstreams
Responsibilities:
Manage all elements of a potential office construction programme, from acquisition completion through to fit out and relocation strategy
Implement workspace engagement consultation with our people, ensuring our people are engaged and well informed
Oversee the integration of Wellness into everything we do
Build a high performing programme team including effective governance processes and ways of working in line with core values
Provide strong leadership and ownership of multiple business and project related workstreams
Act as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding programme progress, risks and issues
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Essential skills:
Previous experience managing a sizeable corporate head office property relocation
Experience managing multiple workstreams relating to property relocation and refurbishment programmes
Experience managing business driven work-streams covering branding, marketing, wellness, people engagement, people experience and technology
Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally with MSP
Customer focused, dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
Detail focused with strong analytic skills
Thorough understanding of project and programme management techniques and methods
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
