This position is Hybrid and will be required 2 /3 days in the office.

The role of the Programme Manager is accountable for the delivery of agreed cross-functional strategic programmes. To be successful, the role holder needs to be able to work individually and collectively with the Executive Leadership team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The successful candidate will be capable of end-to-end delivery of programmes and projects within a fast paced, dynamic environment

A partner-based approach to programme delivery will underpin the successful delivery of our agreed company goals, targets and deliverable. This position is responsible for the delivery of agreed project(s) and/or programme(s), typically on behalf of Three's sales functions (Commercial, Business Markets & Wholesale) or partnering with CTO on the Business Readiness elements of CTO projects.

  • This role's primary objective is the successful delivery of agreed strategic programmes or projects agreed in the company portfolio on behalf of the relevant business function.

    Responsible for ensuring that programmes meet their time, cost and quality deadlines, interfacing at all levels internally and externally and providing appropriate reporting for all parties.
    Design, plan and lead the implementation of specific projects and initiatives in support of the company portfolio, identifying and capturing the expected benefits
    Define the roles and responsibilities of programme team and define and track high level & low level programme project plan
    Co-ordinate the various aspects of project governance, including facilitation of decision making, managing key forums and meetings, tracking and addressing issues and risks, tracking and reporting progress against milestones, budgets and deliverable
    Manage the collection and analysis of information to drive status reporting across all key programmes, and communicating status up to senior management team and other governing fora
    Initiate extra activities and other interventions wherever gaps in programme / projects are identified and issues arise
    Application and adherence to defined PMO processes, standards & policies (planning & reporting, dependency management, governance, risk & issue management, change control, document management)
    Prepare & deliver presentations to business owners, programme sponsors, senior management and other executives, as required
    Partner with internal suppliers to ensure a connected approach to programme delivery and operationalisation

The Skills And Experiences We Are Looking For…

Excellent programme / project management skills, with a significant track record in all aspects of project management and implementation
Professional programme / project management accreditation (e.g. MSP, PRINCE, PMP)
Excellent ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders, requirements and priorities such that issues and conflicts are successfully resolved
Experienced in applying project management methodologies to organise and co-ordinate

complex programmes
Ability to establish programme controls and reporting to monitor progress and ensure business cases are delivered

Experience in design and implementation of Operating Model, example Agile as a delivery methodology for Digital change
Outstanding relationship management skills with an ability and willingness to work with, lead and influence, people at all levels across the organisation
Energetic, flexible, adaptable, change oriented- Strong collaboration, motivational &decision-making skills
Experience in various tools for management, project planning & time tracking e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, MC Visio Experience in telecommunications industry desirable
Impressive communication skills with a keen ability to facilitate, negotiate and resolve conflict
Drives for results, has a record of success in achieving goals. Highly motivated, committed, energetic about the achievement of priorities
Team Working - able to build good relationships with all levels in the organisation. Works towards achievement of team goals. Adapts personal style to work in various teams
