Contract

3 days per week Onsite in Theale or Manchester

I am currently undertaking a Search for an NTQ Surveyor/Manager role for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.

Required skills/experience:

• Considerable acquisition functional knowledge gained from working in a mobile network environment.
• Extensive experience of delivering sites against agreed targets.
• Considerable experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
• Considerable experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment.
• Considerable experience in preparation of Heads of Terms and legal contracts
• Experience in dealing with Estates matters, managing Landlords and negotiation.
• Understanding of the New Electronic Communications Code preferred
• Considerable NTQ Project experience, considerable estate management or site acquisition functional knowledge, demonstrable experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and evidence of experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing NTQ environment

What you can expect to be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of sites which are deemed 'at risk' . Oversee the end-to-end acquisition process for replacement activities whilst also managing the exit on the sites at risk to try to ensure that coverage is maintained for the operator.
• Deliver acquisition activities across a defined group of sites to achieve the Shareholder targets through effective management of the Acquisition Agents, Solicitors & 3rd party suppliers.
• Deliver target lease terms on individual sites by applying agreed standards, policies & expertise and escalating exceptions to enable the business to make informed decisions.
• Build & maintain effective working relationships with the Operator regional, national and NTQ teams along with Demand, Property & Finance teams to ensure policy is understood & applied consistently
• Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets
• This role involves liaising with Suppliers, external Landlords and agents and Operator regional, national and NTQ teams to achieve the optimum solution in terms of time, cost & quality.
