Job title: Mandarin Speaking, HR Recruiter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin speaker with HR recruiting experience (in-house or agency) to join a leading technology company on a long-term basis.

The individual will own the end to end recruitment process. This is a highly rewarding role as you will have the opportunity to run the full cycle of recruiting and be involved in this central and most important function within the HR team.

What you will do:

Advertising and sourcing ideal candidates

Organising assessments and interviews in accordance with company polices

Offering a smooth candidate experience

Managing and supporting Campus recruitment

Producing a monthly report based on accurate and up to date records

Ensuring GDPR compliance throughout the recruiting circle

The ideal candidate:

Will have had in-house or agency recruitment experience

Experienced working with Job boards and social channels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Essential: Mandarin
