Great opportunity to work as Lead Infrastructure Management Architect for a high profile , well-loved brand within IT Service company, based in Birmingham (Hybrid Working). We are looking for an Infrastructure Management System Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset who can spot new potential outcomes or themes and will develop the Infrastructure management architecture end to end, driving development and continual improvement, supporting the sales and adoption of the product and ensuring that it meets the needs of the value streams it is involved with

Key Accountabilities:

• The ownership, definition, and management of the Network and Infrastructure management products to address the requirements of the business
• Being the expert on the market, technology trends and competitors to enable competitive positioning and market-based pricing relative to the products within their remit.
• Finding and articulating real customer and business value and translating business-to-technical requirements, and vice versa
• Taking input from key stakeholders to create a roadmap that will deliver the required business outcomes, working with region and global portfolio managers to ensure strategic alignment and integration with the wider portfolio eco-system to enable client to address provocations, market requests and to extend existing business
• Performing road map planning and feature prioritization; Defining and tracking success metrics
• Creating pricing and revenue modelling
• Product Enablement - enabling Sales, Presales and Delivery to bring Products to life for a customer with relevant documentation
• Financial Performance - Financial tracking and forecasting of costs related to your area of responsibility in the Client finance systems

Your experience:

• You will be an enthusiast and energetic individual with a passion and desire to deliver fantastic customer outcomes.
• You will have experience in infrastructure offerings management across the full product lifecycle including knowledge of Network, Compute and Storage architectural domains and a strong capability to lead multi-cultural interdisciplinary teams.
• You will understand how to effectively use agile methodologies
• You will have experience in senior reviews, governance and management coupled with excellent commercial, financial and business acumen, you will be a role model for interpersonal and motivational skills.
