Job Description
- The role-holder will develop and implement the CASD tool ITSM & MoD CIL (Common Integration Layer) interface configurations required for the end to end Managed Print ITSM system.
- Experience with the configuration and integration of ITSM systems or similar (CA Service Desk or ServiceNow skills would be helpful).
- Security Clearance is required for this position however candidates without Security clearance would be considered as well.
