IT Talent Acquisition Lead - Mandarin Speaking

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Mandarin speaking Technical Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Leaders to join a leading talent acquisition organisation specialising in RPO / MSP delivery in the Telecoms, Digital and Technology space.

Ideally you will have a background in IT / Technology and/or Engineering recruitment.

You would work with high profile clients on their recruitment needs from conception to fulfilment. Meet with managers, take briefs, source candidates utilising all tools including advertising, CV libraries, database, networking, headhunting, referrals and LinkedIn.

Qualify candidates according to job specification, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, co-ordinate offers and necessary paperwork.

Lead a delivery team to source top talent as required.
