IT BUSINESS ANALYST

We're on the lookout for an exceptional IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of projects, working closely with a diverse team including Project Managers, Quality Assurance experts, IT Operations professionals, business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and fellow Business Analysts. Your mission? To understand the challenges the business faces and transform them into solutions and designs that not only add tangible business value but also cater to the unique needs of clients.

About you - Qualifications and Experience:

Education: A degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Business Analysis.

Experience: Proven experience bridging the gap between business and technical teams, delivering solutions across multiple platforms, and presenting solutions to various stakeholders.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent requirements analysis skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agile and traditional Waterfall delivery techniques, as well as cloud-hosted services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and Solution Design.
• Creating As-Is and To-Be diagrams.
• Collaborating with internal and external development teams.
• Ensuring solutions are risk-assessed and aligned with our IT strategy.
• Presenting requirements and solutions to technical governance forums and business stakeholders.

Design Principles:

• Promote core features for new product and service design.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and repeatable.
• Work with the Enterprise Architect to recommend improvement solutions.
• Offer guidance to operational support teams.

Stakeholder Management:

• Advise stakeholders on complex issues and implementation progress.
• Communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
