IFS Product and Solutions Manager

The Role:

• Own the IFS development roadmap and support model to proactively ensure core business process is operated at the most efficiency and effective manner to achieve Best Network at competitive cost and engage positive user experience
• The role has 1-2 direct report. It manages the IFS development projects and external IFS consultants. It works closely with all the SMEs to deliver efficient and well controls IFS system process and proactively engaged user experiences (both MBNL internal and external user)
• Ensure core and critical IFS business are supported and mitigate any business disruption.

Key Deliverables to the Role:

• Accountable for the IFS Upgrade from Apps 9 to IFS Cloud
• Accountable for the contract management of the IFS hosting and services contract and other external suppliers
• Accountable the IFS development road map and support model and relevant policy policy and procedures and ensure compliance with MBNL corporate IT, data security and internal controls requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders and your team to manage the delivery of projects and ensure appropriate business value is delivered from them
• Lead his/her own team and IFS SME community to:
• Perform Business Analyst role to challenge the business value of the change request and ensure E2E business impact is identified and evaluated
• Offer technical solution for IFS change and Manage E2E medium size projects
• Act as a IFS solution architect for large scale development projects
• Accountable for IFS development policy and procedures and ensure compliance with IT infrastructure and security compliance and general internal controls principles
• Stakeholder Engagement - Internal and External - Liaise with third party stakeholders, both colleagues and external parties, to deliver and implement innovative solutions to improve business efficiency

Professional qualifications or equivalent experience, and any necessary technical skills

• University/College degree or degree calibre preferably from telecommunications or computer Engineering background
• Working knowledge and experience of IFS Lobby, BA and Crystal Reporting
• Advance SQL skills and SAS experience (data analytics tool)
• Ability to respond flexibly to design challenges arising from the Acquisition and Implementation processes.
• Business Improvement Experience
• Experience of matrix and functional management environments is desirable.
• Experience of running Technical Review meetings with Vendors.
