Role: IFS Product & Solution Manager

Fixed Term Contract - 18 months

Hybrid working - Reading

We are currently partnering with a telecoms client, who are going who an exciting growth phase, looking for an IFS Product & Solution Manager to join their fast paced team. This role is responsible for the IFS development roadmap and support model to proactively ensure core business process is operated at the most efficiency and effective manner to achieve Best Network.

We are looking for someone with the ability to oversee the delivery of multiple fast paced projects and have worked in a technical environment.

We are looking for someone with the ability to take responsibility for the IFS development road map and support model and relevant policy and procedures and ensure compliance with corporate IT, data security and internal controls requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the IFS Upgrade from Apps 9 to Apps 10 - previous experience in this is essential
  • Accountable for the contract management of the IFS hosting and services contract and other external suppliers
  • Work closely with stakeholders and your team to manage the delivery of projects and ensure appropriate business value is delivered from them
  • Lead his/her own team and IFS SME community to;
  • Perform Business Analyst role to challenge the business value of the change request and ensure E2E business impact is identified and evaluated
  • Offer technical solution for IFS change
  • Manage E2E medium size projects
  • Act as an IFS solution manager for large scale development projects
  • Work closely with project manager and act as the technical lead for large size projects
  • Communicate across functions and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage the impact of change
  • Liaise with third party stakeholders, both colleagues and external parties, to deliver and implement innovative solutions to improve business efficiency
  • Accountable for IFS development policy and procedures and ensure compliance with IT infrastructure and security compliance and general internal controls principles
  • Liaise with external consultants and suppliers and act as key technical contact point
  • Lead the team to perform system maintenance and system configuration, report development and maintenance and ad-hoc data analytics support
  • Accountable for the IFS support model and engage the SME community, IT services partner and IT community
