Position: HSQE Site Governance and Inspections

Location: Home working with a travel to site often

We are looking for HSQE Site Governance and Inspections role for one of our telecom clients on a permanent role.

Role Purpose:

To provide Health Safety Quality and Environment (HSQE) governance to assigned projects and business objectives. As part of the Control of Works team monitor onsite work activities, quality audit maintenance work, and carry out visual infrastructure inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and applicable building standards.

The role is required predominantly in the North although occasional cover in other areas will be required. The role is for a self-starter who can identify the monitoring requirements based on suppliers, high risk activity, project KPI's, trend analysis and contractual requirements. Prepare accurate reports to ensure supplier scorecards are produced every monthly

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality within the construction industry.
• Lead auditing experience is required. Investigation experience and knowledge of nonconformance, close out and trending experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality reviews.
• Environmental and Health and safety experience.
• NEBOSH Certificate, Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management recognized training. Street Working qualification
• Heavy industry background (Construction, energy or infrastructure)
• Must own a car
