Job title: Field Work Specialist - Mandarin speaking

We have an exciting opportunity for a well-organised individual and team player to join a leading technology company on a long-term basis.

This is an entry level position. You will work with a young and prospective team in a multi-national corporation.

The individual will support telecoms projects across Western European countries.

What you will do:

• Monitor and track goods receiving and installation verification tasks completion status
• Communicate findings and alerts with project managers to help optimise a good performance
• Work closely with subcontractor field engineers, deployment managers, warehouse staff, supply chain and material request members to resolve issues and reconcile accounts discrepancy
• Facilitate goods return, transfer and loss claim
• Assist with inventory count and audit, and upon request, assist with financial risk assessment initiatives by providing site inventory data and information
• Review documents from the site visit engineer
• Provide training to subcontractors regarding the system operations
• Support the closure of the project assignment
• Provide users with IT and technical guidance for the internal system
• Prepare for a reminder report for subcontractors and a monthly report for project teams
• Involve with subcontract engineer qualification management and back end administrator qualification training

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Can work under highly repetitive system operations
• Great attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Mandarin (Chinese) and English speaker
