We're on the lookout for a talented Email Designer to take our brand to new heights. As part of a dynamic in-house creative team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative customer communications and refining workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Email Designer include:

• Drive creative excellence in customer communications, interpreting brand concepts with flair and imagination.
• Lead and enhance email design workflows, creating efficiencies that support seamless delivery.
• Define and refine brand aesthetics within the CRM channel, contributing to future brand refreshes.
• Deliver high-quality work across digital platforms, ensuring every brief is met with creativity and precision.
• Champion design thinking, staying ahead of trends and inspiring innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships to produce outstanding results.

The successful Email Designer will have:

• Expertise in branding & communications, spanning print and digital media.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, with an understanding of motion, digital, and photography.
• Experience in production environments, including photo shoots, print, and digital processes.
