Contract role

Ireland (Hybrid)

What the role involves:

• Collaborate with colleagues across Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and other teams to implement new or improved capabilities that enhance services for both internal and external customers.

• Gain a deep understanding of the scope and functionality of the platforms and systems you'll be working with.

• Plan and run requirements gathering workshops.

• Define and manage business requirements to a high standard, supporting platform and system changes in line with development methods and processes.

• Collect and present stakeholder feedback clearly and consistently.

• Document identified changes and communicate findings to relevant teams.

• Work with partners and third-party vendors to align activities.

• Secure necessary approvals for business requirements specifications.

• Provide regular progress updates to colleagues and management.

• Support creation of user stories and participate in Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Must have:

• Experience on large enterprise-level IT or Digital projects.

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Experience collaborating with partners and third-party vendors.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Team-oriented and process-focused.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, with a commitment to quality.

• Ability to build relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and independently on multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

• Understanding of software or web design and development.

• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Customer-focused with a passion for digital.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience collaborating directly with designers and developers.

• Experience working on UX projects.

• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, etc.

• Knowledge of web analytics systems like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
