Job Description
Design Engineering Lead - Mobile Telecoms Site Infrastructure Design & Delivery - Permanent
Reading area or North West (Manchester). Hybrid working. 2-3 days/week in offices.
This is a newly created position for a Design Engineering Lead to join the engineering team. We are looking for someone to be a key link between site design and delivery. The role will not have direct reports however, it is a leadership role which will enhance the design delivery function within the Company.
We are looking for:
- Significant mobile infrastructure site design experience.
- Track record of successful site design delivery
- Accomplished communicator
- Good knowledge of CDM Regulations
- Stakeholder management experience
- Leadership/management experience - working with others to develop technical expertise within the delivery team (coaching & leading)
- Genuine interest in improving the industry and sharing new ideas!
