Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master

Are you a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager ready to lead and guide cross-functional teams? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client and facilitate the successful delivery of projects across web App, billing, and CRM teams using SCRUM methodologies.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of projects across various teams, ensuring that they adhere to SCRUM principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in delivery, fostering effective communication and alignment to drive project success.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that impede the progress of the Scrum Team, ensuring a smooth work-flow.
  • Ensure that all Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, take place and are conducted in a positive, productive, and time boxed manner.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maximise the agile team's backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and prioritised.
  • Maintain alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Go-to-Market Managers to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum events as required, fostering a collaborative environment for the team's success.
  • Coach Scrum Teams, ensuring that team members are well-trained and have a strong understanding of the agile process.
  • Foster communication and collaboration within the Scrum Team and across the department to promote transparency and efficiency.
  • Ensure that the team utilises the appropriate tools, such as JIRA, effectively to manage tasks and track progress.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, including project time tracking, to relevant stakeholders.
