Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 1-2 Days per week in office)

Length: 6 Months Rolling

The Role:

Three Ireland are looking for a Data Architect with Large Migration experience to join their team as an IOT Stream Lead.

As stream lead you will be managing the migration work stream alongside key stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining, testing and validating the migration strategy and approach and have the ability to communicate confidently on a technical level with programme stakeholders to reach delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a detailed Migration Strategy with internal teams and vendor SME's.
• Design, plan and lead the implementation of the migration workstream.
• Gather business requirement around migration.
• Data Source Analysis, and Data Sanitization, Mapping and Validation.
• Post Migration Review and Clean Up.
• Generate a Business Continuity plan during migration.
• Oversight and governance of data migration activities.
• Transformation of data from jasper platform to WDH.
• Post migration support.
• Oversee the transition of the new platform into operational support and BAU service.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Data Architect with Large Data Migrations experience.
• Excellent Project Management Skills - Proven track record in Project Management and Implementation.
• ETL (Extract transform and Load) experience in Large Data Environments.
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills - Willingness to work with, lead and influence people at all levels across the organisation.
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders, requirements and priorities to successfully resolve issues.
• Strong collaboration, motivational and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated and committed, have a drive for results and a record of successfully achieving goals.
• Customer Focused - take personal responsibility for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Management Tools Experience - MS Project, Excel, MC Viso.
• Experience in Telco and SaaS beneficial but not essential.
