Are you a creative, detail-driven marketer with a passion for engaging customers through powerful communications? We're on the lookout for a Customer Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Comms team on a 6-month contract.

In this hybrid role, you'll help bring our marketing strategy to life for our Contract Voice and Broadband customers - driving retention, brand loyalty, and commercial growth through compelling campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead the development of high-impact retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns
• Translate strategic marketing objectives into creative customer touchpoints
• Partner with insights teams to track performance and drive continuous improvement
• Write inspiring briefs
• Own the end-to-end campaign process - from stakeholder alignment to final approval
• Ensure compliance, consistency, and excellence across all communications.

We're Looking for Someone Who…

• Proven experience in B2C customer communications or lifecycle marketing
• Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, organised, and adaptable under pressure - with a knack for multitasking
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
• Familiarity with creative tools and AI-driven content generation
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for crafting engaging content
