Job Description
MBNL's mission is to create maximum value for their Shareholders, by delivering and managing their best network experiences at the lowest cost. The Commercial directorate owns the commercial strategy that supports our corporate outcomes including all procurement activity and commercial, supplier and contract management, and coordinate overall supplier relationships. Commercial has been formed to create a centralised model for commercial delivery and is accountable for establishing and supporting that model within MBNL by setting the commercial policy(ies), standards and framework, ensuring that high standards of procurement, commercial, supplier and contract management are achieved, efficiently, throughout MBNL. In your role, you will be responsible for the management and supplier relationship for a specified portfolio of suppliers. Within this role you will provide commercial support to MBNL's business and project teams to:
· Ensure budgetary compliance · Negotiate pricing and identify savings opportunities · Manage existing agreements with suppliers · Negotiate new framework agreements with key suppliers · Minimise commercial risks.
