Currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our leading telecoms client based in Berkshire.

This role will involve working with business stakeholders and technology partners to enhance customers' experience and improve the operational effectiveness of the business.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Business analysis experience across a variety of business functions
• Experience of working on Legal and Regulatory projects
• Experience of understanding General Conditions
• Evidence of working in program that requires business collaboration across multiple stakeholders
• Practised user of a range of Business Analysis tools and techniques
• UML Use Case writing experience
• Customer experience focus
• Ability to understand business needs
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Effective influencer
