AZURE M365 CLOUD ARCHITECT

DUBLIN BASED - HYBRID WORKING / CONTRACT - 6-12 MONTHS

We are looking to hire a Azure Architect /Customer Solution Architect to join a busy customer facing architecture team. The successful applicant will work independently and/or manage a small/medium design team. They will be a competent design authority on larger or more complex solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the customer's business and commercial issues. They will identify, design, and deliver larger or more complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions and be responsible for the design and communication of structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Changes to service, process, organisation, operating model and other aspects may be required in addition to technology components, and solutions must demonstrate how agreed requirements (such as automation of business processes) are met, any requirements which are not fully met or, any options or considerations which require a business decision.

The role is part of an existing design team and delivers to Public bodies and private industry.

Your experience

Strong technical architecture with 4-6 years experience, design, implementation or operational skills with an interest, aptitude, and design experience in one or more of the following:

• Microsoft 365 technology - Office 365 / Azure cloud architecture, SharePoint Online, Tenant Migrations
• Microsoft Intune: management of endpoint devices using Intune, including management of Apps and Data.
• Microsoft Security and Identity - Securing M365 and Azure environments, Authentication and Identity, Defender for Cloud & Defender for Endpoint.
• Storage and Backup - Knowledge of Storage and Backup technologies
• Microsoft Platforms- Experience with Windows server, AD, Exchange, identity management
• Citrix NetScaler Technologies - Some experience in this area would be desirable but not essential for the role.

Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert OR
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect

The following soft skills and experience are desirable:

• Excellent communication skills and well developed consulting skills.
• Technical leadership and appropriate gravitas for high level customer, project and bid team interaction.
• Experienced in most areas of the solution lifecycle and enterprise architecture.
