Title - Antenna and Feeder Systems Designer (permanent)

Location - Reading office and some travel to sites when required. Flexible working

Line Manager - Senior RF Design & Performance Manager

The role would be ideal for someone who is looking to use their technical experience and once the individual is confident about dealing/managing stakeholders there is the possibility of moving into a senior role.

Overview of role

Using various designs documents to define how to build cell sites working with Shareholder design teams to identify new Antenna to source

• First gather design requirements
• Identify what Antenna's are available in the market
• Update Antenna designs and provide guidance to deployment and design teams
• Provide advice on Antenna systems are designed and deployed

Required experience

• Strong Radio planning background around Antenna and design
• Knowledge of suppliers who supply Antenna and previously experience of sourcing Antenna
• Understand Antenna systems and components of Antenna and specification
• Good comm and influencing skills
