Job Description
Our client, a leading telecoms organisation are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to work as part of a major transformation programme.
You will form part of a team responsible for coaching and mentoring behaviours and practices, running training sessions & workshops and helping to prepare teams for large scale planning events that will enable the successful delivery of a Business Transformation in a sustainable manner.
With a proven track record of helping teams continuously improve as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving adoption of improvements, enhancing business agility and enabling teams to self-improve.
- Coaching teams in the benefits of the Agile ways of working and in how they can leverage the approach.
- Providing support and coaching to the organisation to promote the use of appropriate Lean and Agile techniques
- Working with teams to build in frequent feedback loops to identify constraints, bottlenecks and pain points.
- Applying Lean Product Development principles across the organisation.
- Conduct low-cost experiments to validate assumptions and produce actionable information.
- Facilitate Communities of Practice for continuing development and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver Agile capability services by ensuring healthy application of Agile practices.
Previous knowledge and experience will include:
- Identifying issues and constraints through close interactions with the delivery teams and working to resolve them.
- Being able to lead, make decisions, problem solve and work within teams.
- Experience with process improvement, methodology improvement, analysis and monitoring.
- Being able to contribute to the development of strategies (and/or service strategies) within the coaching service.
- Experience of operating within a model of Agile delivery at scale (SAFe, DAD, Nexus, LeSS).
- Experienced user of Atlassian toolset.
