ACQUISITION DESIGN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
CONTRACT/PERM
HYBRID - BERKSHIRE

Hiring an Acquisition Design Contraction PM to manage the rollout of the E2E acquisition, design and build ICSS activity. To work closely with the Client and Customer teams to complete activities within the time, cost & quality expectations. The role requires delivery across a range of programmes and customers.

Must have good experience in ADC and E2E business.

Required

  • Mid-level experience in delivering both 'business change' and 'technical infrastructure' type projects that includes leading matrix and multi-disciplined teams including 3rd party suppliers
  • Demand management and resource management experience
  • End to End knowledge gained from working in a mobile network environment including acquisition, design, civils, rigging and integration
  • Experience of delivering large volumes of complex sites against agreed targets
  • Considerable experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment.

Skills / Knowledge

  • Clear & concise communication skills within Client and externally with 3rd party suppliers & stakeholders
  • Strong planning & organisational ability in delivering business results

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

  • To deliver Client owned activities which fall within the ICSS stack across a defined group of sites to achieve the Client & Customer targets through effective management of the ADC process and Suppliers. Create and maintain project plans against which the project is managed. Ensure that sufficient risk allowances are incorporated into project plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • All projects will have a strong commercial emphasis and involve innovative technology solutions, as project manager you would also be inputting into the end objectives
  • To be aware of & manage dependencies on the Client and Customer teams across a defined group of sites through planning, tracking & reporting to ensure Client targets are achieved.
  • To maintain an accurate delivery status on a defined group of sites by ensuring that site level forecasts are up to date & in accordance with agreed forecasting standards through the tracking of 3rd party supplier deliverables.
  • Manage the impact of change within the project and on the project plans in terms of scope, timescales, costs & quality
  • Apply ADC expertise to support & validate the work of the 3rd party suppliers to ensure site specific issues are resolved and build and Decom programmes remain on track.
  • Manage post access and post build activities including timely issue of HOPs and Final accounts to support timely Customer invoicing

Stakeholder & Relationship

  • Build & maintain effective working relationships with the Client and Customer teams to ensure Client policy is understood & applied consistently and improve certainty that objectives will be achieved by setting realistic expectations, delivering on commitments & effective communication
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets

Supplier Management

  • Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables
  • Develop vendor solutions to support new business including introducing new suppliers where required and matching existing capabilities to demand

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

To proactively surface and record all risk, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved

Compliance & Security

To support and contribute actively to health and safety, environmental, business continuity and information security arrangements that meets our obligations to our customers.
