Job Description

Workforce Management Scheduler/Scheduling Administrator (CLICK) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, to be based in Newbury, Berkshire.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The purpose of the role is to manage all tasks that do not auto-schedule via the Click Workforce management tool, managing both Provide and Assure processes. The role would also cover Fixed Networks activity, OneNet & OLO Access. The role will also require management of Field Engineers availability rotas in the designated operating unit.
  • The successful applicant will have had experience working as a Scheduling Administrator/Work Stream or Workforce Scheduler/Planner
  • Must have experience with CLICK
  • Accountable for managing the operating unit's resources to maximise the potential of Click WFMS.
  • Responsible for monitoring Engineering Operational Units, ensuring tasks are maintained as per workforce management optimisation rules, ensuring jeopardy statuses are investigated, ensuring that all tasks are completed within service level agreements or agreed delivery targets
  • Proven track record of the following: working with product authority/external vendor support teams/third parties, problem resolutions.
  • Meeting project deadlines and costs within own scope of responsibility.
  • Successful track record of leading small projects.
  • Experience of dealing with errors with workarounds or fixes provided in a timely manner.
  • Correct application of severity, impact and priority.
  • Ensures skills matrix up to date with products / systems/ technologies and techniques.
  • Contributes to product forums and working parties.
