Technical competence:

Proven Nokia 4G/3G/2G experience.

Excellent NETACT knowledge and Nokia OSS management

Proven GSM/WCDMA/LTE Radio network planning and optimization experiences

Excellent GSM/WCDMA/LTE system knowledge

Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.

Swap experience is required.

Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis

Excellent internal and external communication

Linguistic capabilities:

French - English

Operational quickly

Experience: in the 4G/3G/2G BSS Network Planning Optimization

Excellent GSM, UTRAN and eUTRAN E2E network skills

Team working and Field operations skills

Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll

Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.

Excellent experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
