My client is looking for a DV Cleared Wintel Engineer to work on one of their projects. The jobholder will provide Level 3 (specialist knowledge) System Administrator (WINTEL) support at sites and remotely to deployed sites.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of Microsoft and other third party products and services on site and to deployed sites when required.
• Provide support, advice and recommendations to design changes
• Support to the Authority towards its Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
• Carrying out root cause analysis where required

• Windows Server 2008 / 2012
• Windows 7 Desktop
• WSUS patch management solution experience
• Active Directory management and troubleshooting
• PKI
• SCOM
• DNS
• DHCP
• Group Policy creation, modification, troubleshooting
• Server Failure Debugging
• Anti Virus (VirusScan & EPO, Trend)
• McAfee HIPS
• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
• Vmware Vsphere 5.5
• DV Clearance
